I'm Connor Roberts — a builder and creator at heart. I've spent 20 years in the automotive industry, working as both an individual contributor and in senior management leadership, in places as small as sub-100-person startups and as large as 50,000+ employee corporations. ConRob LLC is where I apply all of that directly: designing and shipping software myself, held to the same standards of dependable delivery I spent my career building inside organizations.
I graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas with a degree in Arts, Technology, and Emerging Communication (ATEC) — a program that let me blend creativity with coding and software engineering from day one. That mix is still how I work: equal parts craft and engineering.
Outside of work, I'm married with three kids, and family is what keeps everything grounded in what matters. I also volunteer with youth ministry and adult recovery 12-step programs. That service shapes how I show up everywhere else — including how I work with clients: honest, steady, and people-first.
